HGRI Servicing Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner insurers, reinsurers and global brokers as well as the Jigsaw International Admin Team.
  • Coordinate with insurers and reinsurers to develop meaningful new business proposals.
  • Assist in monitoring SLA’s, in respect of underwriting, claim payments, renewals, etc. in order to provide excellent client service.
  • Attend to all client and intermediary queries in a timely manner and follow-ups to ensure finalization.
  • Coordinate communication and queries from insurers, reinsurers, clients and internal teams relating to quotes, installations, underwriting and claims.
  • Driving the renewal process on multinational clients, and ensuring timely approvals and release of terms for these clients.
  • Tracking quote requests, renewals, and claims experience requests and creating and updating reporting tools for these requests.
  • Attend and coordinate regular client meetings and provide minutes where necessary.
  • Provide and consolidate market feedback to pricing and product teams.

Education/Qualification requirements:

  • Matric, business degree preferred, with 3+ years’ client-facing Group
  • Risk or Employee Benefits experience (African market exposure advantageous)
  • Strong knowledge of Group Risk products, markets, and business processes
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills

Location:

Cape Town Based.
