With 17 years in Group Risk under her belt, Nicola has been with JIGSAW since 2018. She is the operational virtuoso steering JIGSAW’s Administration, Claims, and Underwriting teams. From overseeing scheme updates to ensuring proper remittances, her watchful eye keeps data and claim payments flowing seamlessly throughout operations.
Not just a manager, Nicola serves as a guide, teaching her team through real-world scenarios while elevating their policy knowledge. During her free moments, Nicola’s interests include bringing her culinary creations to life, reading, getting lost in documentaries about the universe, and cuddling with her furbabies.
