Executive Head – Operations
Roxanne is the Head of Operations at Jigsaw Health and Risk Services, leading the organisation with vision, precision, and a people-first approach. In her role, Roxanne is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic direction of the business, ensuring that resources are effectively managed and key decisions are aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
With a career spanning over 19 years in financial services, Roxanne brings a wealth of experience to her leadership role. She spent 11 years as a para-planner in the IFA investment sector, specialising in financial needs analysis and crafting comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth individuals. This was followed by 8 years as General Manager at TD Administrative Services, where she oversaw binder and administration services within the gap cover and funeral policy sectors.
Roxanne’s commitment to impact goes beyond the boardroom. She believes in delivering service with empathy, especially during the most difficult moments in a client’s life, be it illness, injury, or loss. Her leadership is rooted in ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and supported.
Academically, Roxanne holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State, completed in 2015, a qualification that complements her hands-on experience in the field.
Outside of work, Roxanne is a passionate fitness enthusiast, dedicating six days a week to the gym and pole studio, and regularly competes in obstacle course races. She channels her creative energy into special effects makeup and designing elaborate novelty cakes and cookies, showcasing her artistic flair and attention to detail.
