A driven compliance professional with experience across financial services, fintech and IT cybersecurity, Nokulunga Jumbe is the Legal and Compliance Assistant at Jigsaw Financial Services. She plays a key role in ensuring that legal, regulatory and compliance processes run seamlessly, managing accreditation, FICA and KYC checks and daily operational coordination to keep the business audit ready and aligned with industry standards.
In her role, Nokulunga oversees and coordinates accreditation processes, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met with precision. She conducts due diligence, maintains accurate and up-to-date compliance records and works closely with brokers, intermediaries and internal teams to ensure documentation remains complete and compliant. Her proactive approach ensures that systems are maintained effectively and that compliance obligations are met without disruption to operations.
Nokulunga’s career reflects a strong focus on regulatory compliance and client portfolio management. In previous roles including FICA Analyst, Global Renewals Operations and Compliance and Internal Relationship Manager, she worked closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory requirements were fulfilled accurately and efficiently. She has managed large client portfolios, supported account managers and contributed to streamlining operational and compliance workflows. Her strength lies in simplifying complex regulatory frameworks, making them practical and accessible while maintaining strong governance and trusted professional relationships.
Academically, Nokulunga holds a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Business Law and will soon embark on her Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Principles and Compliance at the University of Johannesburg. Her educational background complements her hands-on experience and reinforces her commitment to excellence in the compliance field.
Outside of work, Nokulunga enjoys spending time at the gym and exploring hiking trails, activities that reflect her disciplined mindset and appreciation for growth and resilience.
