International Team Leader
Nikita Scott is the International Team Leader at Jigsaw, supporting the International Operations Manager through the oversight, monitoring and reporting of day-to-day international operations. In her role, Nikita is responsible for ensuring that workflows completed by administrators are quality checked and approved, operational processes are followed accurately and service delivery remains consistent across all areas of international administration. She plays an important role in identifying training needs, providing coaching and supporting process improvements to ensure that operations remain aligned with country-specific compliance requirements.
A key part of Nikita’s role involves the delegation and management of servicing requests and recurring tasks, along with effective planning and utilisation of team resources. She monitors outstanding servicing items such as mailboxes and registers, checks and approves various system processes and outputs including installations, renewals, member and payroll uploads, claims and quotes. She also assists with calculations and values such as billing adjustments, claim values, sums insured and reinsured amounts. Through her attention to detail and strong operational oversight, Nikita helps ensure that work is completed accurately, efficiently and within required timelines.
Nikita began her career in the insurance industry in 2016 when she joined Discovery Group Risk as an Administrator. With over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, she has developed strong expertise in group risk policy administration. Her experience includes installations, billing, underwriting, renewals, quotes, claims assessments, reporting, terminations and reconciliations. She is committed to delivering accurate and efficient service while supporting seamless operations across the full policy lifecycle.
Nikita has completed several short courses through Udemy, supporting her continued professional development and growth within the industry. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and creating lasting memories together. Her leadership style is grounded in accuracy, accountability and a commitment to supporting both her team and the broader international operational goals of Jigsaw.
