Sinovuyo Mkupa is a detail-oriented and client-focused professional serving as an Implementations Administrator at Jigsaw. In her role, she is responsible for the administration and completion of benefit amendments, insurance switches, name and broker changes, and terminations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all processes.

With over five years of experience in the Employee Corporate Benefits space, Sinovuyo brings a well-rounded background in both Risk Benefits and Retirement Funds Administration. She has worked closely with brokers, insurers and corporate clients, gaining extensive exposure to installations, data management, billing and regulatory processes within large organisations. Her strong understanding of these areas allows her to deliver reliable and compliant employee benefit solutions.

Sinovuyo completed her undergraduate qualification in Internal Auditing and is currently pursuing further studies in Financial Accounting. Her commitment to continuous learning supports her passion for precision and service excellence.

Outside of work, Sinovuyo enjoys trying out new recipes, reading and listening to podcasts. She also values quality time with her family, which helps her maintain balance and perspective in both her personal and professional life.
