For over four decades, we’ve delivered binder and administration outsource solutions to intermediaries and insurance companies. Our enduring dedication to these services existed before they were formally defined by legislation, demonstrating our extensive expertise in this field.
In 2018, JIGSAW was formed by the merger of two unique risk administration companies, with Hollard as a shareholder. Then, in July 2021, JIGSAW became an independently owned company, offering competitive products from a select panel of insurers.
Today, we oversee more than 1,700 schemes, serving a membership of over 77,000 insured individuals. As underwriting managers, we offer flexible, tailored solutions to meet our clients’ needs, drawing from a select panel of insurers.
As part of JIGSAW’s ongoing mission to deliver solutions that matter, the shareholders of JIGSAW saw a growing need for integrated support across both health and risk. To meet that need, we acquired a long-standing industry ally: TDMS.
Previously known as TD Administrative Services and later TDMS, this strong team has a long history and strong reputation in binder management and outsourced administration spanning more than 23 years. It was a natural fit. And so, effective 1 January 2025, TDMS officially joined the JIGSAW brand, now rebranded as JIGSAW Health and Risk Services, bringing new capability, deeper support, and the same service ethos you’ve come to expect.
